Beach cleanup at Manzanilla

The BeeTTle Crew will be at Manzanilla beach for a cleanup on July 26th, 2014.

Meetup locations: North east end of Massy (Broadway) car park - opposite Home Restaurant at 6:30 a.m., and possibly also at UWI, St. Augustine (in front of Frank Stockdale Building) at 6:00a.m. depending on where our volunteers are coming from.

Wear protective clothing and shoes - no slippers - although you can bring them to wear afterwards if you wish to bathe.

Wear red or white t-shirts if you wish - those are our colours.

Light refreshment, gloves, face masks and garbage bags will be provided.

Seas of Plastic

Beach cleanup activities can help to reduce the amount of plastic that will end up in the ocean. If you're not inspired after watching this video, to reduce your use of plastic, hopefully you will be inspired to try and keep that plastic from ending up in our oceans.
